By using this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  • "Client", "You", and "Your" refers to you, the individual accessing this website and accepting the Company's terms and conditions.
  • "The Company", "Ourselves", "We", and "Us" refers to Tocca & CO Ltd, registered in Australia & UAE with ABN number xxx000xxx000, located in Sydney, Australia. We are GST registered.
  • "Party", "Parties", or "Us" refers to both the Client and the Company, or either one individually.
  • All terms refer to the offer, acceptance, and payment process to provide the Client with services or products, subject to Australian law.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns Policy

  • If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within the "cooling off" period.
  • Customers have 30 days to return items for a refund or exchange, extended to 45 days for store credit (from the purchase date).
  • If you believe your product is faulty or covered by our warranty, please refrain from using it further, as it may affect your refund entitlement.

Returns Instructions

  • Package your return following the returns portal instructions.
  • Contact us for any issues with faulty or incorrect items.
  • Quality checks will be conducted once we receive your return.
  • After checking, you'll receive an email with your returns reference number, confirming the next steps.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and exchanges will depend on stock availability. Store credit will be sent via gift card after processing.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued based on the original payment method. Shipping fees are not refundable unless for faulty products.
  • Return fees may apply, and will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
  • For order protection, apply the Order Protection option at checkout to cover loss, damage, or theft. The fee is non-refundable.

Black Friday & Cyber Monday

  • Items purchased during these events are returnable. Refunds will be processed based on the value of the individual items (e.g., if you paid $90 for 3 items, each valued at $30).

Discount Exclusions

  • Discounted items in outlet and promotions are excluded from all discount codes, including student discounts.

DELIVERY

  1. Deliveries will be made to the address provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of this information.
  2. Tocca & CO is not responsible for delays or missing deliveries. If a third-party delivery service is at fault, we will assist in investigating and processing a replacement after a certain time period.
  3. We do not deliver to PO Box or hotel addresses.
  4. Only the least expensive standard delivery option will be refunded, excluding expedited or priority shipping fees.
  5. Premium Delivery is available for UK customers at £9.99 annually, for unlimited next-day delivery within the UK. This option must be selected during checkout.
  6. For EU orders, items will be shipped using an enhanced Delivered at Place (eDAP) service, with no additional duties or taxes required.

SALES CONTRACT

  1. Orders placed via the website are offers to form a sales contract. The contract is formed once we send you a confirmation email stating that your order has been dispatched.
  2. You must be 18 or older to enter into a contract with us. If under 18, you must have the permission of the billpayer.
  3. The contract is between you and us, and no third parties have rights to enforce its terms.

ORDER PLACEMENT

  1. Our website guides you through the ordering process, allowing you to check and amend any errors before submitting your order.
  2. Once you place your order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt, but this does not mean your order is accepted.
  3. The contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch via email ("Dispatch Confirmation").
  4. We may restrict delivery to the registered address associated with your payment method.

PAYMENT

  1. We accept all major credit/debit cards (American Express, Visa, Mastercard) and PayPal.
  2. Your payment will be processed when you confirm your order.
  3. The credit card used must belong to the person placing the order and must be present at delivery for verification.
  4. Payments are processed through third-party gateways with PCI encryption, and we do not store credit card details.

PRICING AND TAXES

  • VAT, GST, and other sales taxes are included in product prices in specific jurisdictions.
  • While we strive for accuracy, pricing errors may occur. In such cases, we may cancel the contract and refund any payments made.

WARRANTY

  1. Our warranty is valid only for the original purchaser.
  2. It becomes void if a third party attempts repairs.
  3. In case of dispute, we may send the item to an independent third-party assessor.
  4. Our warranty does not cover misuse or lack of proper care.
  5. Please retain proof of purchase for warranty claims.
