When you purchase goods from us, your transaction is governed by the Australian Consumer Law, which provides you with certain rights that cannot be excluded. These include the right for goods to be of acceptable quality, reasonably fit for the purpose they are represented to be, and to correspond with any relevant description. Nothing in these Terms shall be interpreted in a way that excludes, limits, or modifies any rights, guarantees, warranties, or remedies implied by law (including the Australian Consumer Law) that cannot be excluded, limited, or modified.
Shipping
Delivery times are provided as estimates in business days and apply only to metropolitan areas. During sale periods, please expect additional time for your order to arrive. Shipping times are estimated by our couriers and may vary based on the shipping location and other external factors.
For international orders, the product costs and delivery fees displayed do not include any taxes or duties that may be applied by customs or postal authorities in the destination country (see below for more details).
We strive to process orders received by 12pm AEDT on the same day. Orders placed after 12pm AEDT, on weekends, or during public holidays will be processed on the following business day. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. You can also opt to receive updates via Facebook Messenger or SMS at checkout.
PO Boxes
We do not deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. If a PO Box address is entered, the order will not be shipped, and we will contact you to provide an alternative address. If we do not receive a response within 48 hours, your order will be cancelled and refunded.
Express 1-2 Day Delivery – Australia
All Australian orders are shipped via StarTrack Express using an Authority to Leave (Without Signature) service. We recommend using a business address to ensure the safe delivery of your order. If you choose a residential address and no one is home at the time of delivery, the courier will leave the parcel at your property. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen parcels, so we strongly encourage using a business address when possible.

EXPRESS INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY – DHL
Orders shipped via DHL Express are sent with a signature requirement, and you can track your shipment here. If delivery is attempted while no one is home, the courier will leave a card in your mailbox or try to contact you to arrange a re-delivery. To ensure your order is signed for upon delivery, we recommend using a business address.
Please note, if you choose to update the delivery address or authorize DHL to leave the parcel without a signature, you waive the right to any reimbursement or re-delivery in the event of non-delivery, theft, or loss. We strongly advise against altering the signature-required delivery service for this reason.
CURRENCY CONVERSIONS
Currency conversions provided are estimates only, and the final amount you are charged will depend on your bank’s exchange rate and any processing fees it may apply. At checkout, your order total will be displayed in AUD (even if you are viewing prices in your local currency via our currency converter), and all confirmation emails and invoices will reflect AUD. The exchange rate applied to your transaction will be determined by your bank. While our website uses an approximate conversion rate, we cannot guarantee it will align with the rate your bank uses when processing your payment.
INTERNATIONAL TAXES & DUTIES
When your parcel arrives in your country, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are determined by your local customs authority. Duty rates vary depending on the value, composition, and origin of the goods. Since each country has different rules, we cannot predict the exact duties you may be required to pay; this is assessed by local customs officials upon arrival. You may not always be charged duties or taxes, but we advise you to check the customs regulations for your country to avoid any unexpected fees. We have listed some customs websites below for your reference.
Please note, if you choose not to pay the import duties or taxes and reject the parcel, we will not be able to refund your order.
FREE SHIPPING THRESHOLDS
Please note, free shipping thresholds only apply to the order after discount codes have been applied and before shipping costs are added i.e. the amount spent on items in your order (excluding any shipping costs) must exceed our minimum spend in order to qualify for free shipping.
SALE PERIODS & PUBLIC HOLIDAYS
During sale and promotional periods, we experience a high volume of orders, which may cause delays in shipping. As a result, we may not be able to ship your order on the following business day. Please allow extra time for order processing during these periods, as well as during Victorian (and Australian) public holidays when our dispatch centre is closed.
PRE-ORDERS
Pre-orders will not be shipped before the estimated shipping date specified on the product page. Any items that are not part of the pre-order will be shipped immediately, and your pre-order will be dispatched in a separate parcel once it arrives. While we can’t provide exact shipping dates for pre-orders beyond the estimated time listed, we will make every effort to contact you if there is a delay.
Please note that pre-orders cannot be cancelled unless stated otherwise. In certain cases, we may allow a brief window for cancellations at our discretion.
EDITING ORDERS & ADDRESSES
Once an order has been processed, changes to items, shipping addresses, or names are not possible. Please double-check your billing and shipping details before placing your order, as our dispatch team works quickly to process them.
CUSTOMS HOLDS
Estimated delivery times do not account for customs delays or holds. If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated delivery time and you have not received any updates from the courier, please contact us, and we will investigate the issue on your behalf.
