RETURNS
- Please carefully review this returns policy, as by making a purchase from our website, you agree to its terms. This policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which we fully support.
Change of Mind Returns
- If you change your mind about a purchase (e.g., no longer want the product), we will accept returns within 30 days of purchase and offer a credit note or refund according to this returns policy. However, the following items cannot be returned for change of mind reasons (except if the product is defective, as defined below):
- E-vouchers and gift cards
- Products marked as "final sale" at the time of purchase
- Underwear, lingerie, bodysuits, products with inbuilt underwear, and swimwear (including one-pieces and sets) if the hygiene sticker has been removed or displaced
- Products marked "final sale" or with a T-string cut
- Products returned in a condition other than their original state
- Products returned without original tags
- Products not in their original packaging
- Products that have been worn, or have scents of perfume, smoke, deodorant, or body odor
- Products with marks, stains, or damage, including fake tan, deodorant, or makeup
- Returns of defective products (as defined below) are not subject to the above restrictions and will be handled separately.
- Shipping costs for change of mind returns are non-refundable, and you are responsible for returning the products to us.
- Returns are typically processed within 3 business days of receipt, and you will be notified via email once the return has been completed.
- Our returns department reserves the right to refuse any returned item (other than a defective product) that does not meet the original condition, in which case we may require you to cover the reasonable postage costs for returning the item to you.
Other Returns
- Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If your product has a major failure, you are entitled to a replacement, refund, compensation, and other reasonably foreseeable losses. You may also be entitled to have the product repaired or replaced if it fails to meet acceptable quality standards and the failure does not constitute a major failure.
- If a product purchased from us:
- Is faulty, unsafe, defective, or not of acceptable quality, appearance, or finish
- Is not fit for its intended purpose
- Does not match the product description or image
- Or is otherwise legally required to be returned under Australian Consumer Law or other applicable laws
We will accept returns and provide an exchange, repair, credit note, or refund (at your choice) to the original payment method. However, we reserve the right not to offer an exchange, credit note, or refund if the product has become unacceptable due to misuse, damage, or neglect.
- If you believe an item is defective, please contact us at customercare@Toccaandco.com, including images and a description of the fault, if applicable.
- Defective products can be returned within a reasonable timeframe, subject to proof of purchase or purchase details in our system.
- Once your return request has been submitted, we will contact you with details on how to send your item back to us. Defective product returns are typically processed within 3 business days, and you will be notified once the return is completed.
- We will cover the postage and packaging costs for returning defective products. However, you are responsible for the delivery costs if we reasonably determine that the product does not meet the criteria for being defective.
Credit Note and Refunds
- Returns will be issued with either a credit note or a refund (at our discretion) for the value of the returned items, minus any shipping costs. If the product is defective, we will cover shipping costs and offer a refund if requested instead of a credit note.
- If you paid via Afterpay, we may cancel your payment plan rather than issue a refund or credit note.
Return Postage
- If you are an Australian or US customer returning items for store credit, we will cover the return shipping costs! Simply process your return through the portal, select store credit, and we will provide a free return shipping label.
- If returning items for a refund to the original payment method, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your final refund: $8.95 AUD for Australian customers and $10 USD for US customers (this does not apply to defective products).
- Customers from outside Australia or the US must arrange and cover their own return shipping costs.
- Please note, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered return parcels.
